Lincoln and Stacey, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today. After years of planning, we moved here from California to open our business and create a one of a kind pet experience from boarding to daycare, from grooming to training. We wanted to be different and one step in front of everyone else. There are either pet hotels, but none in FL like ours.
Has it been a smooth road? Every day has its challenges, but the important thing is to remember the pets come first. Their safety and health is our utmost priority and obligation to the owners. Some cases these are the owner’s babies. Our facility smells good and is spotless. We are 100% cage-free, staffed 24/7.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Posh Pet Hotel – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others. We offer daycare for pets separated by size, with parks indoors and out. We have many customers from Miami and Miami Beach, Coral Gables, etc. We offer to pick up and drop off in a Cadillac Escalade. We have over 100 rooms with over 65 flat screened TVs, no cages and staffed 24 hours. We are known for our caring staff and our cute bedtime stories at night. Want a filet or sushi? We do that too. Massages and cold laser therapy can be done by a vet that will come to our facility. We have cameras in the play area and offered in the suites so owners can watch their pets all day from France or anywhere in the world.We have 5 different room sizes ranging in price from $49 a night up to our Presidential suites $120. They are 10×10 ft with queen beds, chandeliers, a 50-inch flat screen that comes with bedtime stories at night. Anyone can afford our services. Our salon for grooming is staffed by 2 experts that do a wonderful job. We are open every day except major US holidays. We also board cats and have a large cat playroom with trees and wall shelves to play on. The cat area is odor free and the cats have suites also that are bi-level and larger than most places. We also have filtered air and water.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least? We love West Palm Beach and Palm Beach because of the location, weather and its people. We are close to everyone in south Fl.. and just one exit from Palm Beach International Airport. It really is growing like all of South FL. We would love to open in Boca and Miami someday soon.
